The aim of the event is to provide, amongst others, an overview over pathological arbitration clauses in the practice of an arbitral institution and an update on arbitration in particular industry sectors, i.e. energy and pharmaceutical industry.
The international panel of speakers will include arbitration practitioners from Slovenia, Austria and Hungary, including Mag. Marko Djinović (Secretary General, Ljubljana Arbitration Centre), Peter Rižnik (Senior legal counsel, Ljubljana Arbitration Centre), Tobias Zuberbühler (Partner, Lustenberger), Zoltán Faludi (Partner, Wolf Theiss Budapest) and Venus Valentina Wong (Counsel, Wolf Theiss Vienna).
The event will be conducted in English language. Participation is free of charge, but places are limited, so we kindly invite you to register as soon as possible.
