The Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (the LAC) contributed a chapter in the World Arbitration Reporter (WAR) - Second Edition.
The LAC’s Aleš Galič, PhD (Board Member), Marko Djinović (Secretary General), Nejc Lahne (Deputy Secretary General) and Peter Rižnik (Senior Legal Counsel) had written the chapter »The Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (LAC)« describing arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (Ljubljana Arbitration Rules). Chapter contains a brief commentary of the Ljubljana Arbitration Rules giving the reader a general guidance on the their application.
