During the 2nd day of the conference Marko Djinovć will present best practices in cooperation between in-house counsel and external counsel, division of functions and sharing of information in the early assessment of the case, settlement efforts, tailoring of the procedure to the needs of the parties (time & cost management) etc.
The CEELM 2015 General Counsel Summit is organized and hosted by CEE Legal Matters and will bring together over 150 General Counsel and Heads of Legal from across Central Eastern Europe. The conference which is designed exclusively for General Counsel and Heads of Legal will also host speakers from The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, British American Tobacco, MOL, Turk Telekom International, ING Bank, and many others.
